Serialization Trade-Partner Onboarding Program for Major Global Pharma Manufacturer
Client
Leading pharmaceutical company offering a portfolio of more than 3,500 products, including generic medicines, biopharmaceuticals, as well as over-the-counter (OTC) products.
Objective
- To support onboarding of all central CMO's for serialization
- To coordinate all internal activities and work streams to ensure all serialization activities completed
- To coordinate with CMO's for all serialization onboarding activities To establish communication for all internal work streams and CMOs
Approach
- Project management by close communications with internal stakeholders and trading partners
- Perform master data clean-up and regular master data review Risk management supported by mitigation plan coordination with proper escalation points
- Prepare periodic reports to track deliverables and project status
- Use Management Dashboard as serialization repository for CMO communication as well as confirming SKUs in scope and tracking documents & action items
