Mia holds the position of Managing Partner at Supply Chain Wizard LLC, responsible for Commercial and Business Development. She is combining these responsibilities with her passion of project delivery in a dual role.
Her level or expertise and leadership skills make her a valuable addition to the team. Mia is a top PMP certified Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in high quality project delivery. Her work in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry has gained her exceptional knowledge on Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain Operations.
With focus on client value generation, Mia thrives to achieve highest outcome of any digitization project she is executing, with crisp and determined goals in mind.
Digitalization Roadmap Design, Innovation Workshops, Maturity Assessments and Process Automation are some of Mia’s specialty project deliverables.
Prior to diving fully into Pharma 4.0, Mia was covering full CMO integrations projects, based on Track and Trace requirements globally. She has helped onboard more than 70 CMOs in the US and over 350 in the EU. Her Serialization knowledge is very deep and can be leveraged for more value beyond compliance.
Mia’s experience includes multiple of the top 10 branded and generic Pharmaceutical Companies in the Unites States and a wide variety of global clients. She worked with clients like TEVA, BMS and UroGen.
Besides Pharma, Mia was an SAP Banking and Insurances functional consultant for 6+ years.
Mia holds a Masters of Mathematics from the University of Cologne Germany.
In addition, she holds a Bachelors of Business Administration.
Mia lives in New Jersey, United States.
