Judy leads the Human Resources function at Supply Chain Wizard and is responsible for driving and improving SCW’s talent strategy globally. This includes responsibilities in talent assessment, performance management, employee development, and succession management.
Judy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Rather than pursuing anthropological field work, her background in the social sciences led her into the field of HR. She is keen to recognize what motivates individuals in their chosen professions and enjoys working with staff to realize and capitalize on their talents.
Prior to Supply Chain Wizard, Judy led HR initiatives as a senior specialist in talent acquisition and training & development at numerous organizations across many different industries, including pharmaceuticals, biomedical research, financial services, software development, architectural engineering, and medical communications.
As a generalist, Judy served as Senior Director, Human Resources at ICT Group, Inc., now Sykes Corporation, where she led a team of HR Representatives supporting the global function of compensation management, talent acquisition, training and legal compliance for service bureau offices across North America and APAC.
Professionally, Judy’s passion is to rub shoulders and collaborate with the best and brightest to develop and deliver solutions that work for an organization. She aims to bring the right people together for the right roles, tapping into and developing the critical knowledge and skills to support strategic business growth and organizational effectiveness. She strives for the puzzle pieces to fit and work together!
Personally, Judy is centered by her family – her husband of 26 years and counting, and their teen age son (which she finds hard to believe). Judy’s outlook is to work hard and play hard. She enjoys being challenged at the office and working with people for people solutions. Out of the office, she is an avid 5K runner, yogi and foodie. She loves travelling (has been on 4 continents and counting), live music, arthouse cinema, photography and historic architecture.
