Banu Ozkaya is the Vice President, Business Operations of Supply Chain Wizard. Banu received her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2007 from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey.
Before she joined to Supply Chain Wizard, Banu has worked at Manhattan Associates, which is a supplier of supply chain management software, as a Senior WMOS Consultant. She worked at QAD Inc, a software company that provides Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to manufacturing companies around the world, as a Services Consultant for almost 5 years prior
to that and specialized on Supply Chain suites in Distribution, Manufacturing and Transportation Management Systems along with Customer Relationship Management and Warehouse Management solutions.
She is involved in implementations for more than 10 companies in 6 industries including Life Sciences, Electronics, Automotive and Consumer Goods. She also worked at United Technologies as a Supply Chain Engineer between 2006 and 2007 before joining to QAD Inc.
Banu’s number one passion is learning and it really shapes her choices when it comes to her professional life. She thinks every minute she spends without learning new things or improving old things at work is a waste and life is too valuable to waste. She enjoys supply chain field as there are always different ways to improve the processes even further and there are always a lot to learn. She enjoys working with teams and helping people by making their lives easier with making the processes better. In her personal life her number one priority is her daughter Deniz and she is passionate about teaching her daughter to see endless varieties and colors world has to offer and to be creative no matter what happens in life. She loves to travel but most importantly she loves to travel and experience different cultures with her daughter and beloved husband. She is a collector by nature and she constantly tries to collect good memories with the loved ones.
