Zeynep previously served as the Quality Head of Packaging Operations at Roche in Basel and Genentech in San Francisco. She brings to SCW more than thirteen years of experience in quality and change management from the pharmaceutical industry. Zeynep has been involved in spearheading the quality assessment of CMO packaging sites throughout Europe, Mexico, Brazil, and China. She was a part of the Roche Quality Certification Program and received a Global Quality Certification from Roche and DBA.
Zeynep has been recruited as a Quality Systems Manager at SCW where she will spearhead the quality and compliance portfolio, and lead the advisory functions in this area for its clients. Quality management is of pivotal importance in the pharmaceutical industry, and must be handled by someone with a passion for detail and a steadfast commitment to compliance - qualities that are abundantly characteristic of Zeynep.
Zeynep received her bachelor's degree in biology from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara. She lives in Istanbul with her husband and their beautiful five-year old daughter, Ada Derin.
Baris Cem Sal
Baris Cem Sal is the Manager of Business Analytics in Supply Chain Wizard. He brings a wealth of expertise in business analytics to SCW, which he has developed through his formal education and prior employment. Before joining SCW, Baris was with Deloitte Analytics as an expert in operations research, focusing on the retail and manufacturing industries. Among his many accomplishments, he has previously developed large-scale optimization models and created a time-series forecasting tool for supply chain networks that includes tax efficiency modeling.
Baris received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Bilkent University in Ankara, where early on he developed a passion for the art of mathematical modeling, which in turn instilled the desire for everlasting scholarly work - a goal he is now pursuing through a PhD in operations research. In addition to his engagement at Deloitte, Baris has worked with many blue-chip companies, notably The Home Depot, CBH Group, Trakya Cam, Turkish Telecom and the Turkish Armed Forces.
Baris is an avid music fan and an accomplished chess player. He lives in Istanbul with his wife Buket, who is expecting their first baby.
Mustafa is widely recognized for his expertise in providing Track & Trace solutions to the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. His nearly 20-year track record of accomplishment started with his engagement in end-to-end serialization projects from the early days of this field in Turkey. Mustafa has worked at a number of blue-chip companies over his career, including Coca Cola, British American Tobacco, and GSK - all positions in which he play important roles in business analysis, IT management, and automation.
Mustafa has been recruited as a IT Systems & Security Manager at SCW where he will spearhead program management and operational oversight of key client deliverables in Europe. His prior involvement in integrative ERP work, notably with various SAP modules, will play a vital role in IT management and the important interfacing work between clients and vendors in that space. Mustafa's impressive professional background is complemented by his strong academic credentials as well, with a bachelor’s in electronics and telecommunications engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA in E-Commerce.
Mustafa lives in Istanbul with his wife and beautiful daughter, Evrim Sude.
